Integrated Call Logging at Toyota Manufacturing UK with CommsWare
Toyota Manufacturing UK has two manufacturing plants in the UK. The vehicle manufacturing plant is located in Burnaston, Derbyshire and the engine manufacturing plant in Deeside, North Wales.
Toyota Manufacturing UK have been a BTS customer since 1992, and in 2007 decided to upgrade to BTS’ Windows based call logger CommsWare and integrate their BTS PhoneWare directory with their Siemens AC-Win switchboard.
CommsWare has become established as a master directory data source, and the flexibility of the database enables all sorts of additional useful information to be stored about telephone extensions and users
